A: "Crafty Beans Co. is a community. A place where you can come to get inspired, relax, and enjoy yourself and the company of others."
Q: How would you describe Crafty Beans Co. in a few adjectives?
A: "Adventurous, Peaceful, Creative, Admiring (of the community's creativity). I want looking around the shop to be like going on a little adventure."
Q: What are your brand values?
A: "Family, friends, community, and hints of religious themes."
Q: Who is your dream customer?
A: "Anyone! I think of just people. I think of anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to go."
Q: What do you love about Crafty Beans Co.?
A: "Every day is something new. Same building, same types of products, but new interactions every day with people. I love helping people find something special and offer more than just another place to go."
Q: What inspired you to open a business?
A: "My Uncle Dominick inspired me to open Crafty Beans Co. when he passed away unfortunately in 2015. He had his very own business as a Lawyer and taught me so much. He is my inspiration for Crafty Beans Co. Being able to grow such a wonderful business in the very building he was in makes me feel connected to him and also the community he served. Several people in my family have had businesses here in Dupont, and their legacy has been such an inspiration to me. Their community impact lives on through Crafty Beans Co.

Dominique Shea's grandfather ran an ice delivery service, supplying homes with block ice before refrigeration. Later in life he began delivering coal as well.
