Crafty Beans Family

The Bobby Standard Line delights our customers with a variety of unique 3D-printed creations. Their collection — featuring fidget toys, tic-tac-toe games, and other playful designs — changes with the seasons, offering something new and exciting all year long.

“Rescue Warrior Cat believes every cat deserves love, care, and a safe home. As a non-profit, foster-based rescue, we’re dedicated to giving cats a life beyond mere existence and helping people understand their needs through education. All proceeds from Crafty Beans Co. go directly to supporting the cats in our care.”

Jennifer creates beautiful stained-glass ornaments inspired by birds, flowers, and more. She also crafts charming needle-felted animal ornaments and hand-painted wooden pieces. Her latest addition includes custom-made magnets, which can be personalized for each customer.

Ruth was the very first crafter to join our Crafty Beans family, and her handmade creations continue to bring joy and charm to our shop. She updates her collection each season with beautifully detailed needlepoint tissue boxes, magnets, and more.

Annie, also known as Garage Girl Crafts, is a local teacher with a love for all things handmade. She creates fun, unique handcrafted pieces that are sure to catch your eye — and she leads all of our craft classes right here in the shop!

Sandra adds such a cozy touch to our shop with her “Blind Date with a Book” displays and her handmade scarves and hats. Her newest creations — themed coasters — are the perfect addition to her lineup of heartfelt, handcrafted goodies!

Debby is one of our wonderful makers, known for her beautifully handcrafted jewelry. From necklaces to earrings and more, each piece showcases her creativity and skill.

“I learned to crotchet when I was a little girl from my mom. A few years ago, I had someone at work ask if I knew how to make pierogi ornaments, so I played around and came up with one.  And then, as a joke I made a kielbasi. And then it all just blossomed from there. I was doing porch pick-up orders for a few years, and was super excited when Dominique allowed me to place my items in the shop! Homemade in our hometown!"

“I started off in 2022 with a curiosity about how lasers work with computers and quickly it moved from hobby to business. After figuring out how to make personal photos look 3D, things took off. I engrave 3D images on wood, stadiums based off seating charts for sports teams, and multi-layered skylines of cities with the sports stadiums on them. Seasonally, for Christmas, we do ornaments and ornament box sets as well as door hangers.”

"I began making soap just before I retired as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As I contemplated retirement, I wanted to indulge in an area where I would find light, love, and joy. I have taken courses at the graduate level in naturopathic medicine and truly enjoy a more natural and chemically free way of living. I began to study how harmful detergents and commercial-based soaps are to our skin, even at a very early age. I create my products in an effort to remedy this wrong and make it right."

Madelyn and her mom make beautiful handmade pottery, and each piece is completely unique. From mugs and plant holders to bowls and more, their creations add a special touch to any home.

"I learned young how to garden, care for animals, cook, preserve food, sew, and craft. It wasn't called crafting back then; it was just a way of life. I retired in 2022 and began my home-based crafting business with a focus on 'Upcycling'. I use many items that people often throw away. In 2024, I stopped y to visit this very quaint and unique shop called Crafty Beans Co. and met Dominique and her loving family. I was invited to join this warm and artistic group of folks and couldn't be happier."

Rosie is a local artisan from Tunkhannock with a passion for making handmade wreaths in her home. All of her one-of-a-kind wreaths can be found at Crafty Beans Co. They are beautiful for all seasons and make such a wonderful addition to any home.
